Common questions

Do you store products you did not manufacture?

No. Our warehousing and fulfillment service is available exclusively for products manufactured by HR Cotton. If you manufacture with us, we can hold and fulfill your branded inventory from our US locations.

Can you prep and ship directly to Amazon FBA?

Yes. We can prepare your branded stock to Amazon FBA requirements and ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers. Discuss your FBA requirements with us when enquiring.

What is the minimum production run for branded manufacturing?

Minimum order quantities depend on the product type and customization level. Contact us with your full specification and target volume for MOQ and pricing details.

How is storage and fulfillment pricing structured?

Storage fees are based on inventory volume and duration. Fulfillment charges are per order. Shipping costs depend on destination and carrier. All pricing is customised to your program — contact us to discuss.

Can you match an existing product we currently source elsewhere?

Yes. If you have an existing product with a spec sheet — yarn count, weight, blend, dimensions, color — send it to us and we will confirm whether we can match or improve it and provide pricing.
